You are agreeing to abide by the following policies when you book with K-904.

Payments:
A $500 deposit is required to reserve any board and train program and payments must be paid in-full prior to scheduled services. Session packages must be paid in full prior to the first session. K-904 often has a waiting list, all reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. All payments are made through Stripe. Finally, K-904 does not offer refunds, so please consider your commitment to training prior to booking.

Reschedule/Cancellation:
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made with a 24 hour notice. Rescheduling is at the trainer’s discretion. Board and train cancellations must be made 7 days prior or forfeiture of deposit occurs.

Photography:
Photos and videos may be taken of dogs during training sessions. K-904 reserves the right to use photographs, audio, or video recordings of the dog for the use of social media, promotional, advertising, instructional, and/or educational purposes.

Liability:
K-904 is not liable for loss or damage from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to persons, other dogs, or property. Client assumes all liability and risk. Any bite history must be disclosed prior to appointments.

Health:
Client agrees that the dog is up-to-date on all vaccinations, including Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella. Dogs must be heartworm negative and on preventive flea/tick medication.

Practice:
Clients understand that practice is the key component to success. Without practicing and reinforcing the behavior at home, it will naturally become less reliable.
